Yea, not very good idea . I've only seen few guys from time to time and I'm not too active either. I know there are quite a lot of registered Finnish ppl but you can hardly ever see posting'em here...

Basicly establish how many active members u have, post a thread in chill out for a head count, then re present your case for the need for your own regional forum
