A group of us want to come to South Beach for New Years from Los Angeles. I've never been so I want to come while I'm young. (Ibiza is next)

How many nights before and after should we stay if we cant to stay for 4 or 5 nights?

Where is a good place to stay? Good location but no need for $500+ a night.

Are condos available for rent nearby South Beach?

Heard of any good DJ's events being planned?

new years in miami sucks more balls then the playpit at mcdonalds, for djs that is, but if u wanna spend alot more money to go to our clubs then coming on nye is worth it...i mean will still have fun, as long as u go to space!

I had a good time at Nikki Beach in Miami. Thats always fun, but the music isnt all trance/house all night, they mixed it up.

"ibiza is next" ive been saying that for three years now!!! i really do believe that next year it will happen. anyways, like rzo said ur not going to find any big name DJs in town for nye. to me nye usually is just a more expensive regualer nite out with too many people. i would opt for nikki beach l because its spread out. usually u will find the better parties with good dj's leading up to nye or after. i think NIC Fancuilli has done space on new years day the last couple of years, and usually pvd is at space the same week also. either way miami is the only place in the country where u will have a chance to work on your tan that time of year.

I dont know about Ibiza for NYE man, I live in Europe in Italy and went to Miami in 04, had a blast, Nikki Beach was fun, we wore light slacks and a linen shirt. Something comfortable. The vibe was good and everyone was cool. I could be wrong, but Ibiza is usually a summer spot. So you might want to take that one on August and plane like 4 months ahead cause the hotels book up fast, the clubs have closing parties i early september too... Good luck man, I will be in Paris for my NYE....

for myself, i was talking about ibiza is next as in my next big trip, not my next nye's destination. obviously a seasoned clubkid like myself knows ibiza's peak season is july to september.

my brother went to some massive NYE party a few years back in LA(forgot the name), it was at the standard hotel, almost like a rave inside the hotel, oakie, sandra collins, a few others says it was friggin crazEEEE. one of the best times he has ever had. id save my money and come to miami in march for conference.

Oct 28th Paul Van Dyk, Armin Van Buuren, Markus Shultz and Judge Jules will be spinning @ Monster Massive so I'm looking forward to that.

Last New Years I was @ Vegas for Tiesto in Concert.

Dunno, I'm 25 and have never been to Miami or Florida. I would go to WMC but my freakin law school doesn't have a spring break so I'm shooting to oome down New Years.

We get alot of good talent here in LA but the crowd isn't the best in the world! (Ususally it's about 90% Asian)

I guess if there isn't good electronic talent, you guys will tell me where the good looking crowd and good vibe wil be.
