Robo-calling? Are you fucking kidding me? For those of you who haven't watched the news, what started out in New Hampshire has now spread to other states including my state of Kansas. Essentially a little punk-ass calls up, initially pretends to be a Democrat, then proceeds to either intimidate the shit out of the person they're calling or bash the crap out of the Democratic candidate in question.

When you hang up on the person, that's not the end - they call back and do it again. And again. And again. And continue to do so thereby harassing the fuck out of the caller and essentially trying to get them so turned off to vote tomorrow. Here's some more details:

In some states and/or districts, yes. There's the notion that you can buy off the poor's votes with booze. Utah is one such state. Another is Oklahoma, but it's up for referendum this year:

I recieved a call from Slick Willie yesterday telling me to vote dem. It was quite a stir, there was I was watching TV and my phone rings, the number that came up in the caller ID was 800000000, and when I spoke "hello" Clinton started to talk about the importance of voting and to vote Dem.

Made me happy for about 15secs.
