hi!
i got me some nearfield monitors for my bedroom studio. as the space on the desk is very limited i want to build some stands with damped plattforms to put them on. i have seen something like that in the shop several times with the monitors laying horizontally. now i read in the manual that you should never do that. does anyone know what the problem could be? |
Yes. Phase problems with lower frequencies. So many studios are placing their monitors horizontally without realizing that the sound hurts from this.
