I would create a divinely inspired dictatorship. We would melt down all the guns in teh country and use the metal to create gigantic MECHs controlled by teh altered minds of drug-addicts and criminals (think robocop 2). The mechs would do my bidding and destroy canada, then france, then teh states of mississippi, kentuky, and Arkansas (which i still think is just a city within mississippi). With all the annoying people out of the way we could go on to rule teh world through peaceful negotiations through teh UN, if that doesn't work, we would just blow them up.
