does anyone know of a site like this one aimed specifically for house music genre producers?
i make trance as a hobby but am now collaberating with a friend who wants to get into house/funky mainly and would like to speak to other house music producers

any help would be appreciated thanks.

I LOVE trance but I also love house....

i have found some forums but the production sections are very limited and dont get many posts! there must be a good forum somewhere

I think there is a Houseaddict.com but i dont know if there is a producer forum..

there is also progaddict.com but the djing and producing forums are weak.

I have yet to find a forum as active as this one for House Music producers.

honeslty ive searched for one. but never been successful. There has to be some other Forum. For HOuse-Progressive

There are a lot of us here who produce (or attempt to produce) house music. Personally I'm not really sure what you'd expect to be different in a house-production forum than a trance-production forum (other than the occasional trance elitism, which you can just ignore!).

Well Trance is a lot differnt than House is..

For House prod. Help on more. Percussion, Arrangment. Basslines. and Sounds in general to make a good Progressive House track

I am trying to produce More Progressive House than i do trance. but i just use the information on this Messageboard towards my tracks. So any help is really good regardless of the Source.

House music is essentially the same, only difference is how you program your drums, those funky basslines and how fx happy you want to get with your arrangement. I see no problem in posting your questions up here, since there's a good amount of house producers here looking for the same thing. So share the wealth with your fellow producers!
