Ok here's my problem. Over the last few years i did large amounts of coke, e, dxm, and large doses of 2c-e and 5-meo-amt. These have left me with chronic vision problems (i.e. constant trailing, movement of patterned surfaces, etc.). These have gotten less over the last 4 months as i stay sober. Recently, however, i have had problems with fairly constant jaw clenching. Does anybody know of anything to do to relieve this, or do i just have to deal with it?

start taking magnesium tablets. Its good for the bones and joints.

use a mouth guard when you're not in a social situation until the problem abates. Clenching your teeth is horrible for them >.>

calcium is for bones, maybe you confused magnesium w/calcium. Pretty sure it's magnesium tablets that will help you with the jaw clenching. its also nice to grab some vit c and 5htp before you go out heavy on x, usually 2-3hours before you go out.
