In this day and age its easy become depressed and fed up with life...i mean lets admit things arent perfect all the time...things effect us like money, women, school, work and of course where u think ur life is heading...what are some of things u do when ur depressed beyond belief and are just down in the dumps..?

for me its usually smoking joints going home getting on the comp and just chilling out to music..and for some reason when im really depressed i can only listen to rock... it just explains the way i feel

when i am depressed, i start thinking about life, and things look better.

my life is not bad at all, it's just sometimes i think it's worse than it really is.

I listen to trance...mope around...use someone to vent all my anger out...verbally, of course, not physically. Go for a smoke, and, just clear my head for those 4-5 minutes. Oyyy, life sucks...

I personaly shuve it down inside.. and some times i'll vent... lately i've been venting.. but i think i'll just start with shuving again.. seems better on life it self.. cuz then you get a lot of anger that you can relase while danceing or something..

thats mostly how i work with my probs..
i used to slice my self..

i still have the scares... when i relay got depresed.. but then i screwed that and just let everything settle dwon in my tummy

umm i dont know recently i've been real depressed. Mom yelling at me constantly for going on the computer everytime i'm home, yelling at me for my grades. I have no idea, i will not get accepted to state college and i will be more depressed because she will yell at me more. Sometimes i just go out and skate and after i get tired i sit and just think about the girl i want. Yet that makes me more angry because i have no way of talking to her because she is in another grade. i dont know, i really want to kill myself but then i'm too scared of what is gonna be after life.

there was an idiot in my high school that used to do that in class to make himself look "cool" because he has scars on his forearm. what a dumbass.

anyway when i'm down, i just listen to trance. go for a walk. shop. lots of things to take my mind off whatever i'm depressed about.

i dont think i know anyone who cuts themselves...i know my best friend mike has this sybconcious thing...everytime hes really depressed he turns into a neo nazi lol....i swear whenever hes pissed he'll do something like shave his head totally bald or like one time his mustang got kicked in and he suspected it was these black kids and when i went to go see him tha night i went to his house and he answers the door and has no shirt on and with a marker draws a swasitica....he does it jokingly but im beginning to believe that subconciously hes a nazi lol
