sounds like dancin and cryin

just need some help finding out the name of this song, when the bass goes away during a small part in the song, it sounds like they are saying Dancin and crying dancin and crying (you build me up)?

something along that like, the voice sounds kinda chimy, like a cymbal

any help would be much obliged
