It could also be bad posture - right shoulder hike secondary to cervical paraspinals, upper trapezius, levator scapula tightness, neck spasm, weak scapular stabilizers secondary to rotator cuff overuse, tendonitis and/or impingement, or even partial cervical shift or even partial scoliosis.
