I've been attempting to key this track, but have come up with several possible keys, and as far as I've 'tested', none of them really fit, or at least, I can't tell.

Rapid Evolution has given me keys of Abm/1A, F#m/11A, and Fm/4A. I tried it manually with a MIDI piano and I'm leaning toward the key of AbM (A flat major). I can't determine if B or C is in the scale.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

A bit more fine-toothed searching (there should be a search by thread option) found this post, but again, just pointed out several (possible) keys.

I don't know as much music theory as I should (-.-), so I can't say for sure why it's compatible with a few different keys.

just checked the original mix sample, its a 1A

Thanks for all the responses. I really should learn how to verify by ear, rather than use a program (although it would probably benefit me to implement the functionality into a program).

@BOOsTER: I do recall hearing your mashup in the production forum. Sounded like it could do some damage on the floor. =)
