In late 2006, Michael Robert from Australia met Pascal from Belgium via the internet. Pascal expressed great interest in Michael's music, and after months of communication a strong bond formed between the pair. Michael and Pascal decided to start up a record label together, using Pascal's many years of experience and Michael's love of making and listening to music.
