I've seen it all 3 ways. What is the REAL labelling of it?

well the original tune is virdian - sunhump, so id imagine it would go that way

They bought the rights to the Sunhump tune though, so Richard can release it under his own alias, without the need for a remix.

In theory this makes it an "update" a "2006" update... hence some people titling Sunhump 2006

But i hope that the actual release on Terminal 4 will clear it up as simply "Richard Durand - Sunhump"

Same story happened with Opus III - It's A Fine Day... it was released in '98/99 as a track from Miss Jane.

It has been happening all the time, its not really a new concept, that an artist just remixes a track then releases it as his own work. COUGH Tiesto - Subtle By Design - Sirius = Nyana COUGH.

yeah I remember I listened Nyana

Does Tiesto remix it and bought the rights, or he just rip it, and name the song as him?

I really don't agree with this thing about getting rights, they should state that is a remix.

haha yea when i first heard that nyana song i thought it was a new remix of sirius, man what a tune. either way i think the richard durand remix of sunhump isnt that great. my favorite one, of the ones ive heard is the leama remix.

Ive managed to get a copy of the track already but from what I heard it wont be released. Could be wrong though
