and the size of the ground. And reduced tackling (yes you don't have tackling, but the tackling you're allowed in IR is much less than allowed in AFL which would be harder to get used to than vice versa). And the fact you can score by not kicking the ball, here if you punch the ball through its a behind not a goal. And less players, and bigger interchange bench. And goalkeeper.
The different ball is a bigger change than anything the Irish need to adapt to.
Its more Gaelic than AFL by far.
