Patch Editor / Librarian for Windows

OK, so I've been using Sounddiver to create patches for my Virus, but I'm reading that since Apple bought them, the program is no longer being updated for Windows. I really like Sounddiver, and I'd like to keep using it, but I need something that has current Windows support.

The only alternative I have found so far on Google is MidiQuest for Windows. Looks good, supports all my currently owned hardware, and looks to have comparable features to Sounddiver.

Does anyone use this program and how do it's features compare to Sounddiver?

I used to use Midisoundquest, it is pretty good but somethings about it bothered me. It is not like sounddiver at all that is for sure.

Your other option is the new Rekon audio vst path editor which i currently use, or you can wait for the VyzorVirus patch editor to be released, not sure when that one is coming out. The rekon audio all the paramters are on one screen no menus at all, which I like. One problem some users might find tho is that some of the GUI is kind of small, but it's fine for me. Here are the two links for both

VyzorVirus

rekonaudio Virus

If you have questions about the rekonaudio, hit me up on PM,
just beware it doesn't work on certain host

Cool, thanks. I like the Rekon plugin, and I may end up using that for the Virus sometime in the future. I was sort of hoping to come across something i can use to edit patches on all my synths, but I think I'll end up sticking with SD for the time being. A lot of the Virus params are hidden inside menus and working with it using SD makes it a lot easier. The other synths I have have fewer menus and a lot of controls on the front panel, so the need for a sound librarian / editor is not as necessary.

Thanks for the advice, it is much appreciated.
