Sounds a bit like an Andreas Schmidt production. So maybe something Pervading Call, Ace Da Brain, Ace's Delight etc. Nice tune

but in this set (at the moment of this songs) Baker spoke something about Seikos but don't tell title.
Maybe you can understand what this women sing. She sing few words but i can't feel it.
