You might not be any better off with the second one...
I had this problem with Cygnus X - Superstring. I took it back to the Virgin Megastore where I got it, and they didn't have another copy so they gave me a refund. I later found another copy of it in HMV, so I bought that, and it had exactly the same problem.
What I think it was, the two records must have come out of the same production line, and some blithering idiot managed to load the negative cast off centre or something. If you look at the record as it's spinning, if you look at the last groove before the leadout you'll probably see it wobbles, and the tonearm prbably goes backwards and forwards as it plays. If so, then I doubt you'll have any luck with the secod copy.

is it the xtravagenza release? because my tone arm wobbles a little but the sound is fine.. but i got my copy almost a year and a half ago..
