That was actually pretty interesting. Wish there were more interviews and such though - the story aspect of it seemed kind of unnecessary, though it did raise some interesting aspects to the entire thing.

I almost watched the whole thing but skipped most of the plot for the club scenes and interviews

It's just a matter of time before pot is decriminalized, but I can't imagine full legalization of everything even in Wonderland...

pretty interesting video. I agree the storyline wasnt necessary, let alone all that good, but a lot of good points were raised.

I laughed whenever somebody said that marijuana was a dangerous drug. Like that one guy who was the "expert" at some religious hospital or something tried to talk about how he knew some people with a son who had a lot going for him, but then he started to smoke pot and *bam* - herpes.

Before I saw this video, I really hadn't given drug control much of a thought - it seemed perfectly reasonable that people should be able to do whatever they want to their own bodies at any time, as long as it was their choice. A lot of the topics raised though - like how many major pharmaceutical companies might make the switch towards developing entertainment products rather than medicine, which seems like backward progress to me, especially when there is so much money to be made off of recreational drugs. One very good point it made was that there will always be a black market - something stronger, something cheaper, something unregulated - will never cease to exist as long as there is an actual government in power.

It also occurred to me that with legalization of a lot of the more powerful chemicals - cocaine, meth, heroin, etc... - you would likely see a whole slew of new problems as you phased out the old ones. Drunk drivers are enough of a problem - can you really trust people to not do stupid things when they are tripping balls and driving? Even now, that is an issue in America I suppose (hell, plenty of stupid people, drugs or not) and it's not like the legalization of drugs would mean chaos in the streets - but it seems like the more possibilities that exist, the grayer this entire subject becomes.

Guess that's the way of things though - the more things change, the more they stay the same.
