Had something similar happen thru a rugby insodent where I got a bad hit and coughed up blood + phlem. After about 2 weeks it just stopped. Ive also known this to happen from smoking alot.

ya i smoke but not as much as some of my friends do, they are like chain smokers

Happened to me before, found out I had a genetic problem where my blood clotted too much and had clots in my lungs. It might not be that but whatever it is, coughing up blood is always serious, and no kidding aside life threatening.
