XBOX 360 vs PLAYSTATION 3

I really want to get a video game console but I dont know if I should wait for the next available PS3's or just get the xbox360. Ive played the xbox 360 and love it I just want to know if anyone has played the ps3 how good it is and if it is worht waiting for it or if i should just get hte xbox 360??

i guess it depends on what signature games you want...Gran Turismo, Final Fantasy etc or Gears of War, Halo 3 etc.. Fuck blue-ray.
