Reason and Rewired with FLS question: Adjusting subtractor's filters in song......

Hey guys, I was wondering if you can help me. For ahwhile, I've been using Reason purely for it's subtractor. I just like it's sound a lot. I mostly use it for basses. I want to do some supersaw leads on it now, I used to use V-station purely for that but I just like the subtractor better for that sound.

When I want to adjust the filter in the song with v-station to create build ups, on FLS I just press record and adjust the filters to my liking and then I hit stop. How do I do this with reason rewired? I know that they are two different programs, so that's why it's not working. How does one do such an effect?
