I've not found any problems with drift in any of my 200 Beatport tracks (plus a hundred or so from other stores).
I once found a glitch where there was a tiny spot of missing music so the beat shifted, I think they dropped almost exactly one whole beat so the downbeat shifted. Beatport replaced the track after checking it out, it was an encoding or file storage problem on their end. I have another similar glitched track that I should ask them about. So that's about 1% with glitch problems.
There are a few tracks where I need to set more than one beat marker (Traktor thing something like an Ableton warp marker) because of the occasional situation where they have a breakdown that is not an exact multiple of the beat length, but that is a characteristic of the way the producers made their music and you would also find that on an original CD or vinyl if you had those.
