yup I have to agree Ton TB (although I had to bail at 1am for work) was worth the sleep dep the next day and I was happy when my alarm went off at 5am because the show was sick and I hadn't had that much fun in a very long time going out. The vibe was wicked, every dj was awesome (not just the headliner) People were SMILING.....and DANCING and I didn't have to see barely legal sluts posing like Paris wannabees. I can't wait for Naz' next show

While Ton TB was good, I liked Armin more. But that could just be my taste in the tunes...I thought Ton TB played a good set, but from what I remember it was just kinda empty....I had decided to take it easy and save myself for Armin, but ended up going hard both nights...I had a blast at both, and while I will never say that seventy-something dollars for a dj is EVER a fair deal, I enjoyed armin and the crowd and how into it everyone is at armin....I would see both again, in conclusion.

hmm .. not so sure many others would put Ton over Armin in terms
of quality. Pending I guess on what style you like most.

Plush has it's issues in terms of sound and promotion, but
I'd still rather do Armin then TON any day ...

I paid $20 for BT which was way better than Armin or Ton tb.. ur paying for the name. #2 dj in the world.. i still think this thread is useless

i paid $25 for bt and above and beyond, a&b blew my mind, bt almost made me puke

last time i saw armin i paid about $60, it was rather meh

things turned out that i didnt pay for ton tb and i had a blast. even if i paid $20-$30, i would have still had a great time because the crowd, the vibe, the sound, the set up, the club were far far better than what a $100 armin show can offer at plush.

angelo is absolutely right. it's not about the DJ alone, it's also about the atmosphere, and frankly, i'm sick and tired of dealing with the pretentious crowd that has been attending armin, pvd and ferry shows for the last couple of years.

i'm glad i got to see those guys a few times before the barbie dolls and white gangsters heard about them, so that now i can go to smaller but way better parties, even if there are only 20-30 people there like there were for rank 1.

ya know I'd rather attend a smaller venue slightly below capacity,
then a stadium full of idiots too ...
