I second that; like the Rogue-album much, but this isnt Re:Locate sound 4 me. If he tries to produce techno he only could loose. Hes 1 of the highest level trance-producer, so would be probably better he'll doin trance in the future.

his 2003/2004 stuff was best!

profound, alaska, emotional overload, waterfall, typhoon, twisted reality, second thoughts

i miss that re:locate/octagen..

since then his stuff has felt rather cold, without much essence to it. it tries to be banging, but doesn't come off as particularly energetic, and doesn't have much of a groove to back it up. most of the time i think this is down to poor synth-work/choice of kickdrum samples

saying all that though i think this new tune sounds ok.. it sounds warmer, slightly more human. that may be jonas steur's touch though i dunno
