Is there a certain food that you force yourself to eat for reasons other then taste ???


Everyday I eat plain oatmeal and a cup of eggwhites ... I absolutly hate the taste of either of them but i still force my self to eat that everyday for breakfast... for months on end.

Also i hate Cottage Cheese, which is a good source of slow absorbing protien. I dont know what i hate more egg whites or cottage cheese or oat meal but these 3 foods are the terror in my daily diet.

I have everything low-fat. if it's not deep fried i'm not interested.

My parents used to make me eat stuff like raw beef liver, deer antler tea and other 'herbal' shit that just makes me want to kill myself eating it.

I actually just regained a love for oatmeal after working in a nursing home and watching those poor old bastards choke it down every morning. Weird, huh?
