I use www.digital9.co.uk - partly cos I know the guy who runs it so I can get a lil discount but even without that you can get unlimited everything for £50/year... not bad at all!

My site runs on HosteXel, they have a discounted package on eBay, twenty quid a year for unlimited everything (normally eighty quid apparently), I've had very little downtime and their support has been excellent.
The .co.uk domain on top of that was another six quid or something. I'm very happy with it. Multiple FTP accounts, multiple emails, subdomains, databases, the lot!
