for christmas eli got us a room at the best western so that i could have a night off relaxing and not being a mum.
Years back, i worked at a hotel and my shift manager was a total bitch, always making things difficult for me, she always made sure i worked the midnight shift, critized my dress code, and called me self righeous because i didn't smoke and didn't want to go to their sex party and fuck a bunch of soldiers from the base. Anyhow, i left that job and moved on with my life.
When we checked into the hotel, SHE was the girl that checked us in. I was nice, she was fake. The stay was fine and life went on. TOday, i get a letter from the hotel stating that my non-smoking room had the distinct odour of cigarettes and therefore a $100 charge was put on my credit card to clean the room, signed by her. If i wanted to smoke, i would have booked a SMOKING ROOM.
Anyhow, my mum saw the letter and called the hotel and this bitch answered the phone and my mum told her that the charge needed to be reveresed and whatnot. I would like to deal with this myself, i am going to write a letter to the manager, and send a copy to head office. I would like to know which aproach i should take to deliver the most sting...:
a) Explain what happened and tell them i am offended and that my family has been using this hotel for years and durring my wedding i recomended this hotel for my friends and family to use and now we would not be using their services due to this error... also throw something in about how i pride myself in being an honest person blah blah
b)Explain what happend and tell them that i understand that it was an error and i trust it will be fixed so on and so forth...
anyway, i'm bloddy pissed, this is total bullshit and i don't want to mention that i know her to make it even more personal but i want her to look like a tool when her manager gets the letter....
