You have the idea but it seems like the songs are scattered about as far as intensity. The mixing works in some spots but there was a pretty big "train wreck" around 25 minutes.
I don't know if it was the download or my speakers or what but the levels weren't consistent. Try not to change the master volume. Maybe change the fader curve so that the track you are mixing from doesn't lose too much volume before the next comes in.
Try to egin mixing earlier in order to keep the energy up, between some tracks its a little boring.
You have the idea down just make sure you think about song selection, mixing points, and EQing a little more.

yes, i usually move the crossfader first, then slowly change the cue pan to PGM. i can't keep the volume at the same level because it just sound like both songs are overlapping each other

so it would be starting at the bassline before the harmony right?

yea i've starting to try out all the tracks and find the ones with same bassline or style
