just got my braces off yesterday, im debating whether or not if i should use those crest white strips or since im going to the dentist on the 30th, wait and get them professionally whitened.
anyone use those white strips before? i heard they make ur teeth super sensitive and im not sure if i want that.

just wait till your dentist, those things are annoying and erode the protective covering layer on your teeth - they hurt afterwards.

When I had my wisdom teeth pulled, I was supposed to gargle salt water a couple of times a day just to help the area heal. It ended up whitening my teeth; perhaps not as good as the White Strips, but there was a significant difference after a couple of days. You might want to try that.
