They tend to post the same URLs over and over again. It might be worth adding those domains to the list of automatically filtered terms - I doubt it will stop them from posting, but it will at least ensure that they don't make any money off of spamming here.

Swamper has set up filters to stop this, 99% of them do get stopped but the odd one or two will get through
