It doesn't have to be made exactly for the country; if the music implies the spirit of a certain country, that'll do just fine.

As for stuff that gives vibes of a country - try tiesto's in search of sunrise series. Number 4 (latin america) has a very latin sound. Number 5 (los angeles) sounds very balearic (yes i know the balearic islands arent in america)
