Question any good active subs that are balanced>?

Im running a sony stereo that pumps out 320 watts with my decks right now, but doesnt have the low frequency response that im looking for. the stereo has really clear mids and highs, even for a home stereo. planning to just throw a sub in the mix since my mixer has a subwoofer out and i realize i can take advantage of that.

i was taking a look at the krk rp-10 sub at work...and seems like a nice little addition to a set-up. the fact it hits, and can get it pretty dirt cheap.

any other options out there? didnt m-audio say they were coming out with some sub? have no clue if they did.

can anybody help me out?

I have the KRK-RP10, and the RP5's up top.

I definately works nicely. You can't crank it up too too loud, or it'll distort a bit, but even on the lowest setting it shakes things in my apartment.

I'll be purchasing this soon as well, RP6's for me though.
