I say they're innocent, because they were tortured, forced to confess and I believe they did not intentionally infect those children. I am sure than Lybian government decided to make these nurses scapegoats to blame their AIDS problems on the medics and foreigners, once they realized that the nurses were given contaminated blood to use.
