OMG!!! I was listening to Sven Vath earlier and I was in a total OMG state! I was in my car coming back from lunch and once I parked, I just couldn't get out of the car. Sven Vath was freakin awesome!
Being totally sober and in my car, I can only imagine what it would be like to be in a nice big club listening to those same tracks that Sven Vath was playing. HOLY SH*T!!!
I've seen him once before but that was like 6.5 yrs ago.

Sven Vath's party at Bed last year was one of my favorite events at WMC 06. Definitely in the Top 2.
He was rocking the crowd so hard even Lee Burridge and Richie Hawtin were on the dance floor getting down. People kept going up to them, asking for their autographs and they would be like don't bother us we're dancing LOL
Vath is one of the top five DJs I want to see. I missed him last year in Miami so bah!
Thus far, he won't be in Miami for WMC but he is coming to NYC on May 3rd and Chicago, IL on May 5th. No May 4th date - he wants to sightsee apparently.

Hummm... maybe I can see him play in NYC or Chicago... or maybe someone can bride him to play in LA/Hollywood after those 2 dates.

saw him 2 years ago while I was in London. He fucking destroyed the crowd at Fabric, playing in the 2nd room which is actually probably better for that type of music (much more "techno" lighting than the "house" lighting in the main room, if I had to give a reason). When I heard him he was someone I only knew through productions and I wasn't that into techno yet, but DAMN he put on a great show. It was my 3rd night in a row with no sleep so around 7am I finally tore myself away (Sven must have started playing at around 1:30 or so) and slept all day Sunday.
Long story short: if you have the chance to see Sven, take it.
