Oh I would have it added down next to the pm/buddy/website buttons so there is the potential that it could be accidentally pressed; I would just add a confirmation screen that loads after the button is pressed to hopefully keep from the button being abused accidentally. I would also enforce the punishment Greg mentioned. Overall I think it's a good idea and could be implemented with a fair amount of ease. We need something though as this board is getting fairly large.
