Retrospective Trance Mix, Progressive/Tech House Mix
Hey guys, after getting done with this semester I needed a break. So I decided putting a few tracks I really liked together in one set (from over an original list of 80 or so). I wasn't entirely sober when I mixed this, so there's a few rough transitions lol. I didn't have any particular year in mind but they ended up being mostly "newer" tracks, not that I like most of the new ones that come out these days oddly enough. Plus, I listen to DJ like Holden and Nick Warren mostly now, don't listen to much trance anymore. There's way too many cheesy tracks in most sets by even the better DJs these days so I had to make one of my own. So here it is.
EDIT: Alright, I'm done mixing this one again too.

EDIT: Just added this:
Alright, I decided to redo this one first. I'm actually quite pleased with how it turned out. The title pretty much describes this mix; with the exception of D.E.E.P.E.R. - Abstraction, all of the tracks are from 2003 and 2004. I payed alot more attention to the progression and mixing this time to make sure the set flows well and I know it sounds cliche, but takes you on a journey. There weren't a whole lot of tracks during those two years that I liked, but I really wanted these well mixed in a set since I really like most of these. When I made this set, I kept in mind that it's something I'd like to listen to for a while, so hopefully you guys will like it too.

EDIT: New set.
I just got done mixing a set. I've mostly just spun trance before and this is my first time mixing a house set. So critical feedback is always welcome.
