Wireless signals can do this weird stuff sometimes. My cell phone actually interferes with any nearby speakers when it's active (even if the speakers are turned off!). I've had the thing check its e-mail during conferences at the office and the damn thing starts beeping through the conference phone. Car stereos, alarm clocks, phones, intercoms, nothing is safe.
Now, this is usually cell phones and high-power devices, I haven't heard of it happening with a mouse, but I suggest you at least try it with a regular corded USB mouse, plugged into the same port as your wireless one currently is, and see if it still happens. If it goes away with a corded mouse, then it's the wireless. If not, at least you've eliminated the possibility of R/F interference.
