It's caused by lots of things, fatigue, lack of physical exercise and in some cases inherited from parents.
Could try a few drops of aloe vera gel mixed in with a few drops of lemon juice and rub it in under your eyes and leave it there for 20-30mins.

VITAMIN K!!

Get a cream that has vitamin k, and put it on around your eyes every night before you go to sleep.

I am not too sure if you can orally take vitamin k supplements, but if you can, you should.

Vit-K creams work for things like varicose veins mostly and they will fix up blemishes under the eyes and bruises, funnily enough roid cream also works but I've never tried it
