thx for the reviews. the kick is a complete toss up, on his system it sounds soooooooo good.

on mine it sounds muffled.

Liking the intro, kinda Dirty Vegas meets Mr Ozio...

Bass has definately got that electro funk - sounds a bit too dry though, maybe a little bit of verb will help sit it back into the track?...

Kick could do with fattening up a bit, seems to get a little lost under that bass.

Hmmmm unfinshed business eh?.. Would love to hear more! Personally I like to hear some big fat break-beats in there somewhere, plus a maybe some tecy layered and chorused pads and definately a return to the vox samps you use so well at the start....

yeah, we're having a tough time keeping the staticy side of the bassline when we add reverb, but i agree... it does sound dry.

Have you tried some of the convolution verbs available these days? They're not so much verbs in the classic sense, but more 'spaces' that you can sit stuff in....

just a thought..

i use truespace and waves verb...


are the settings different than common reverbs?

the intro starts out good.
love the electronic sounds .

the vocals seem weird.

they are kinda low too.
the kick is weak and the bass feels really dry.

nice percs you got going in thise one.
that weird fx is getting on my nerves

intro was awsome....bassline is smothering that kick.
so kick doesn't work for me.

this track would sound awsome without that part getting in the way.
nice fx u got go'n on in the background. Not to much go'n on but def a great beat.
work on the kick though, can't wait to hear finished product!

we will be giving our final vers. to Junkie tonight at show


i will re-u/l sometime this weekend with the revised vers... we also added and fx'd some other things with much more clarity.
