How fond are you of your mp3 collection? (game)

Just a little game I thought of...

Add some mp3's from your collection (singles only) to your mp3 player and make sure random/shuffle is on. How far can you continue to listen to tracks until you have any urge to press the "next" button? You can choose to narrow down the genre's (if you sort your mp3s like that).

This came to me because I've been doing this a lot lately and it seems that I never press the "next" button. I lost all my mp3s (thousands) in a HD crash and I think if I did this before the loss, I would have pressed the button within a few tracks, tops.

My list now can just continously play on forever with nice flow and
every tune being really enjoyable. Either my player has been really good to me (maybe I should use it as auto-programmer for dj sets ) or I've narrowed down my music selection to stuff that's amazing and amazing only.

Here is my playlist from tonight before I went out:

Julianne - And I Love To Say Goodbye (Moussa Clarke Remix)
Chris Lake - Changes
Jim Rivers - Restore
16 Bit Lolitas pres. The Doppler Effect - Beauty Hides In The Deep (Dub Mix)
Cagedbaby - Hello There (Radioslave Remix)
Tall Paul - Got It (Anil Chawla and Dale Anderson Mix)
Slam - This World (Slam Instrumental)
Manuel Tur and Roman Salzger - You Won't Change (Day Edit)
DJ DLG - Amor
Daft Punk - Voyager
Nick Chacona - Leo
Sebastien Tellier - La Ritournelle (Jack Bullit Mix)
Radiohead - Street Spirit (Funkagenda Mix)
John Morgan and Kevin Shiu - Mic Check (Check 1)
Guy Gerber - Stoppage Time (Max Graham Remix)
Partial Arts - Cruising (Had to leave...)

I have a grand total of 125 mp3s on my HD, and I like almost all of them.

i'm pretty rigorous with what i keep on my comp, anything i don't like tends to get deleted swiftly

but on the other hand, i'm rarely patient when it comes to listening through random tracks & tend to start instinctively skipping almost instantly

Yes, but it mostly depends on mood. I don't use playlists and I don't use random shuffles. I just pick whatever I feel like hearing at the moment. A ton of factors affect my decision. Heck, the time of day and the weather affect it.
