I was wondering if anyone farmiliar with the ZenVision:M could help me figure out why videos won't convert. The software included says it should convert any movie file (avi, mpeg, wmv, divx, xvid) into one compatible with the player. I've tried dragging and dropping, running just the video converter program, and downloaded a few free trial video converter programs.
Yet the problem remains, and I'm starting to get annoyed that I can't seem to fix it easily.
Anyone have any suggestions?? Much appreciated.

Ummm might seem like a stupid question, but have you read the manual?

yes, and it doesn't specify what to do should your converter fail you.
