Christopher Lawrence In Miami
The USA’s hardest working and biggest Trance DJ, and the world’s number 4 DJ is coming back to Miami for the annual Winter Music Conference with an almighty bang! Make no mistake, if you’re in Miami from 20th March thru 28h, and you miss an appearance by Christopher Lawrence, you’re sure to be at the wrong parties.
Having spent most of his DJ’ing career airborne, Christopher doesn’t suffer jet lag, and so having hot footed it back from a weeklong tour of Europe, the man with more stamina than a great white shark will be geared up for some East coast Miami mayhem.
Christopher’s debut Miami show will be to headline the Annual Official Mixology Opening Party on Tuesday 20th at one of Miami’s super venues – the awesome TWILO. Setting the pace for a whole array of uber class DJs, this show marks the official opening of WMC 2007, and is one not to be missed! Doors open at 23.00 and you are advised to get there early, for when Lawrence hits the decks, there’s only one place you need to be – AT THE FRONT!
In Miami there is of course no rest for the wicked and so on Wednesday 21st Christopher will appear at the Wet Grooves Opening Pool Party, taking place at the Shebourne Hotel. He’ll be joined by Paul Oakenfold, Judge Jules and many more. The show starts at 11am, and runs thru to 9pm. Please check Christopher’s Myspace and website for set times.
Friday 23rd is when the biggest beach party of Conference week takes place. It need to introduction as it speaks for itself, it’s the Wet Grooves Beach Party at Ocean Drive. The cast of musical maestros is vast, and Christopher is as ever leading the pack! 13 hours in total of the best music you’ll find at this Conference. This is one event you cannot afford to miss.
And finally, the event they call ULTRA! The icing on the cake as far an shows is concerned, this is the MOTHER! As well as Christopher....Van Dyk, Van Doorn, Digweed, Cox, Morillo, Sasha, DJ Dan, Benassi, in fact the who’s who of the DJ Mag Top 100 are all on the biggest line-up Miami has seen in years. Ultra is the pinnacle of Conference week, and a place where the best of the best finalise their week long escapades.
