question to mac users

I have a 600x400 picture and I want to reduce the size to let's say 60x40...

How do I do it in mac? iPhoto is killing me and I don't seem to find the tool for such a simple task.

Any help in advance much appreciated.

when you export it you can select the size you want it to be.
