Mansion: Fucking garbage venue. Sound is terrible. VIP in the MIDDLE of the floor??? Dance floor is non existant.

Talent: Awful. Repeditive and simply no energy. I felt like they played the same track over and over all night. Complete crap. I'm interested to hear other reviews. I could have studied to the set they played. First time seeing Sasha or Digweed and I'll NEVER see them again after that.

I wasn't there, but wow that bad??? I (along with many others) could have warned you about the venue, and I believe S&D had some bad reviews last year at Space even.

worst Digweed set i've ever heard. i was wondering why Jimmy Van M played so long and then found it it had been Diggers playing like a bad warmup DJ for over an hour.

i did really liked what Sasha played however.

i actually saw more tables on the dancefloor last year at the F*ck Me I'm Famous so count your blessings. the Opium Group venues do not strive for the best sound, etc...they want to make as much $ as they can. i had a blast overall. great night - went straight to DT at Twilo for another 3+ hours or so and then straight to BBC1 (best party so far IMO).

Digweed was good, but Sasha was amazing. The crowd was really getting into what he was playing. I don't care for Mansion as a venue, but S&D kicked ass.

I just saw Digweed spin 2 hrs at ultra. Monotonous and slow. i think he's trying to play Holden style music but he's failing badly

Wasn't there but Diggers style I'm not really into anymore...he's trying to hard to be underground...and he's failing..I don't even listen to transitions anymore...he was good a year ago but recently he's being dying out.

Sasha's been doing really good...can't wait to hear a set from WMC from him soon.

besides the wack VIP right in the middle of the dancefloor, everything about that night was amazing!!! music was great, i thoroughly enjoyed it. one bad thing - hot as fuck - swear i came out 15lbs lighter

Would love to see you try pulling an impromptu extended set during a severe rainstorm, under a tarp you are holding up, while CDJ's are breaking, and your partner can't play because of his computing equipment getting wet, and having Erick Morillo come very late due to being stuck in traffic

Wow I'm really suprized @ the positive reviews. I guess this style of music just wasn't for me. Sasha was OK I'd say. Meh. Glad you guys had fun.

they weren't that horrible if you reeeeally like hearing the same song over and over again and build-ups that went no where...yeah then they were awesome

Excuses excuses. With the money these guys are getting paid to play fuckin records/cds they should not be complaining. And their computer broke, big deal, go to plan B, or did they forget how to spin the old fashioned way.
