My Story:

Around 1 year ago, I met a guy online called Shane from www.trancexual.com wanting to release one of my tracks on mp3 @ audiojelly. So without signing a contract I sent him the mp3 and he had it online next day.

It is now a year later, I have not heard from him at all in this time, the track is still up on audiojelly and not only that but he has ANOTHER track of mine up on IMO download that I never discussed about with him at all.

I have contacted both audiojelly and IMO download and they are carrying out an investigation on my behalf.

Track on audiojelly = Jonny Laris - The Enemy

Track on IMO download = Jonny Laris feat DJ Palm - Crossover

Anyone got any tips / thoughts?

Hopefully I can get this resolved asap.

The Enemy has just been taken off the Audiojelly website by the site owner.

However Jonny Laris - Crossover can still be found here

yep same here - i found my track 'prolific' which is on Audiojelly, on some russian site and they were CHARGING for it
