I've listened to both CDs from start to finish.
This was a highly-touted release and it did NOT disappoint
Honestly, i think its great. Prototypical Luke Fair sound.
CD1 is the more mellow of the 2 as expected.
Deep and funky progressive and house with a dreamy element, always keeping a smooth, chilled groove throughout.
CD2 brings more energy and a club feel.
Still Luke's signature funky-rhythmic-melodic house sound with a solid underlying, driving progressive-house groove.
This disc has several BANGIN progressive-house trax that would destroy a club when dropped.
The common denominator in these 2 discs (as i mentioned) is the groove.
Beautifully free-flowing and positive the whole way thru and never seems dull...
...which is EXACTLY what i love so much about house
A definite must-hear....even a must-have

Yeah I've listened to both CD's a number of times and CD1 for me is the goods. Simply amazing programming, he has such a very unique style of both mixing (well how the tracks are mixed) and track selection... CD1 really blows me away in some parts.
CD 2 for some reason or another doesn't really click with me (as much) The last couple of live mixes floating around the internet have been more epic imo... I'm still giving it time (as it continues to grow me), but it's really missing his signature "HOLY FUCK" track at the end.
Great series and one of those comps I really should buy (if I ever see it in stores)...

I think this is a great compilation. CD1 is amazing, as with most two CD compilations, I always found that CD1 showcases the DJs style and taste in music much better than CD2. CD1 had my attention from start to finish, complete and utter flow through and through, nice mash of prog, funky, jazzy house. CD2 is what I expected, quality pumping club-style tracks, but lacked the same cohesiveness as CD1. I think you just can't achieve that type of groove with harder tracks, it has nothing to do with the DJs abilities to select and mix the tracks.
