Sneaker Pimp Ready Cat Remixed (Pete Lunn/Royal Sapien) [Toes in the Sand]

Remixes are always a good opportunity for a label to go beyond its usual stylistic parameters, and this pair of mixes is no exception. We've enlisted Pete Lunn (whose "Tea and Sympathy" shot to #4 on February's Balance Record Pool chart) to infuse "Ready Cat" with his big-room groovy house sound. Meanwhile, Royal Sapien, who has been tearing it up lately with a slew of innovative, mind-bending productions and remixes (not to mention his new mix CD on Fade Records), brings his unique fusion of styles to "That Feeling" with his full-length electro-infused mix and an electro-free edit for the progressive purist.

"Good groove and love the echoing synths -- in my bag!" – Spesh (Looq)

"Been playing all the HeadRush and Toes promos you are sending me on tour opening for Armin. Keep 'em coming!" – Blake Jarrell

"I like both tracks -- the remixes are really good." – Anthony Pappa

"All mixes rock, very good release. I think I will play that Pete Lunn remix most, but the ones by Royal Sapien are great, too." – Eelke Kleijn

"Prefer the Pete Lunn mix…groovy & dirty for my 4am sets. 8/10" – Mr. Groove

"All three remixes are really good! I'm in love with That Feeling (Royal Sapien Remix) - 9/10!" – Manu (Trancespain.com)

"LOVE IT! Charting." – Andy Hughes (Balance Record Pool)

"Has a great late night feel. Charting." – Deko-ze (Balance Record Pool)

"Loving the Pete Lunn mix...it has both energy and class...great job. 8/10, charting." – Thee-o (Balance Record Pool)

"The Pete Lunn mix sounds superb! Catchy sound. 8.5/10" – The Mystic Force (Rotationz Radio)

"My choice here is the Royal Sapien mix, nice groove for warm ups, loving the electro sounds in it, great melody." – Fernando Ortiz (Balance Record Pool)

"Great mixes. Really like the Pete Lunn mix, but they are all nice. Charting." – J-Punch/Hook the Captain (Balance Record Pool)

"I just finished my new mix for this week and included the Royal Sapien Electro Free Edit. Sounds very good for starting a set." – Guillaume Nyckees (Galaxie 95.3 FM France)

"Ready Cat (Pete Lunn Remix) - Techy, Housey, Funky, and Groovy. I like the chord synths and how the rhythm flows! My favourite track from this release. Royal Sapien's Electro-free Edit is very nice stuff, too! Already played it in our radio show." – Python

"Pete Lunn Remix!!!!!!!!!!! Smooth kind of a deep-meets-prog-house blend. Def my thing, surely will support this piece of art!" – Storyteller
