The officer asked Bartow for identification and Bartow pulled out a yellow and gray marijuana pipe and handed it to the officer, the report said. The officer again asked for identification, and Bartow took out his checkbook, ripped out a check and handed it to the officer.
Ya know, the whole story was funny until reading that they tasered him. Something tells me that this guy was so oblivious that simply grabbing him wouldn't have been that big of a problem. I really don't get the ego trips some police officers have.
