Usually Toronto U/C cars have two small antennae, like the old car phone ones, and a small white disc resembling a dome light. The two antennae are for the radio and computer systems respectively and the white one is the sattelite transciever. Also, all police Crown Vics are the police interceptor model, which is identified by the 'police interceptor' badge under the Crown Victoria logo.
OPP cars are exempt from having ValTags, so they have a black/yellow tag, which looks like the signs on guardrails
Most U/C cars have one or two black boxes on the rear dash that generate the lightshow.
