I own all his cds, my fav is 'Contact Note'. He's like the little brother of Ulrich Schnauss.

If ever there was a guy who deserved great success, it's Jon Hopkins. Contact Note is such an impeccably well-crafted piece of music and I'm really glad you discovered it. I think 'Nightjar' is possibly my favourite track.

Here's looking forward to his next album, which I understand is in the works though not scheduled for release anytime soon.
